Detroit Lions re-sign Alphonso Smith and release Keiland Williams


Lions re-sign Cb Alphonso Smith. Smith played 2010 and 2011 for Detroit, he was released following training camp this summer. He has excellent ball skills but is completely undisciplined in coverage. He is know to have an attitude with coaches. He shoved the ball minto the chest of Coach Schwartz in the Vikings game last season and has had it out with Gunther.

Lions waive RB Keiland Williams. Williams is a third year man from LSU. He was acquired via waivers in 2011.
