Lions select third down back Ameer Abdullah from Nebraska. Ameer is 5086 205 4.6 4.53 24 42.5 1010 3.95 6.79. He is a playmaker and is a space guy we need. I think a running back at this stage in the draft is a bit of a reach. However, with Darby off the board and O-line already taken the Lions filled a need. I would have taken Duke Johnson because Abdullah fumbles the ball.
