Detroit Lions have waived third year safety Ricardo Silva. Silva was an undrafted free agent of out of Hampton on 2011. He bounced around from the practice squad to the active roster. He is a strong tackler but struggles in coverage. Ricardo should get picked up by another team. Best known for intercepting TOm Brady in the preseason in 2011 and Russell Wilson in 2012.
