Detroit Lions claim C/G Bill Nagy and place CB Drew Coleman on IR

Lions place CB Drew Coleman on a injured reserve with a concussion. This move ends his season. I believe he suffered the injury when Sean Jones wiped out a Brown receiver on the far sideline. Coleman stayed in the game but trainers were following him around on the sideline after the series. He did not return to the field. He finished with 4 tackles and a concussion.

I thought Coleman was a lock for the 53 man roster and a possible starter. This injury hurts the Lions depth in the secondary.

Here is a tribute:

Coleman played 16 games for the Jags in 2011.
46 tackles 2 ints.
Coleman played 67 games for the Jets
118 tackles and 2 ints

Coleman from TCU
started 15 games had 39 tackles and 5 picks
Get better Drew
