Martin Mayhew GM

Mayhew is 41-65 as full time GM for the Lions

Took over as interim GM during the 0-16 2008 season. Twice the Lions made the play-offs during his tenure. His mismanagement has led the Lions back to the brink of the # 1 pick once again.

Best Move- Resigning DeAndre Levy instead of Justin Durant.

Worst Move- Drafting Eric Ebron over Aaron Donald in  the 2014 draft.

Biggest Weakness- Not being able to find players on the offensive line. Despite using two 1st round picks and 2 third round picks, he has put together the worst offensive line in Lions history.

Verdict: Fire him. Clean house. New scouting staff. Keep pro personal guy Sheldon White.

Jim Caldwell Head Coach 2nd year 12-13 record

Terrible game manager. Players coach. Super Bowl pedigree.

Verdict: Fire Him Bring in an all new staff

Very Little here. Biggest needs QB, OT, TE and WR. Trade Calvin. Find some offensive tackles and a center.

Tulloch, Jones, Ngata, Mathis, Tapp and Ihedigbo are all finished.Quin has some good years left. Ansah is must re-sign. Slay is a good # 2 CB. Reid and Taylor are 4th guys in the rotation. Bynes can be a nickel backer.

Biggest mystery:

 Kyle Van Noy. Has shown terrible instincts and tackling ability. In college, he was all over the place and a turnover creator. In the NFL he is awful.
