Brandon Pettigrew has been released by the Lions. He was a 1st round pick in 2009. He was the jewel of the Roy Williams trade. The Lions also received Derrick Williams and Aaron Brown. He never lived up to his potential. Plagued by injuries and drops. His best season was 2011 when he caught 83 passes.
