Injuries to the Lions D-Line has led to the signing of 4th year man Austen Lane. Lane was a 5th round pick out of Murray State and has played his whole career with the Jags. Lions released Tackle Barry Richardson.

Lions add TE Martell Webb to the pracrice squad. Detroit released RB Steven Miller to make room. webb has spent time with the Eagles, Jets, Bucs, Cards, Colts and the Titans. He is graduate of Pontiac Northern.
