Lions claim former 1st round pick Jon Baldwin of off waivers from the 49ers.Jon has a knee injury and was released by the Lions.Baldwin was a stud at Pitt and the combine. He has raw skill but has not been able to put it together.

Lions release UDFA rookie WR Reese Wiggins. Wiggins was claimed off the waivers from the Pats.
