Detroit Lions to tender DE George Johnson

Detroit Lions will tender restricted free agent DE George Johnson. Johnson will either be tendered at a 2nd round ($2.187) or late round ($1.323). Johnson played in all 16 games had 6 sacks and 29 tackles in 1st year with the Lions.

Lions will not tender LB Josh Bynes or QB Kellen Moore they become unrestricted free agents. The Lions would like to bring them back for a minimum deal.
