Detroit Lions release RB Reggie Bush after 2 season in Detroit. He had 2 years remaining on his contract and it will save $1.7 mil on the cap. Bush struggled in 20914 with injury and performance. The Lions can replace him with a younger and cheaper version.

Lion sign free agent De/LB Phillip Hunt. Hunt was a UDFA out of Houston and played in the CFL. He spent three years in Philly and torn an ACL in 2013 he has not played since 2012.
