Detroit Lions waive 4th year man Amari Spievey. Spievey was a bust of a CB and caused a rift between the scouts and coaches who wanted to cut him as a rookie. He was converted to safety where he started 25 games. Spievey has at least 3 confirmed concussions including a season ender at Chicago last season. His off-season was marred by an arrest for domestic violence.
