Detroit Lions promote TE Jordan Thompson to the 53 man roster place LB Travis Lewis on IR

Lions promote 2nd year man TE Jordan Thompson to the 53 man roster for the Saints game. Fauria has an injured ankle and Eric Ebron blew out a hammy. Thompson was UDFA out of Ohio in 2013 where he had 60 receptions for 666 yards and 6 tds. He is also a long snapper.
