Checked out three films on Cal WR Keenan Allen (UCLA, USC, Ohio State). He is a big, strong receiver who played mostly in the slot at Cal. This was a tough evaluation because their QB was so bad.

Strengths: NFL size and hands. Will catch the ball in traffic. In addition, he will break a tackle and gain yardage.
Weakness: not super explosive. Not elusive in the open field
Bottom line: looks like a starter outside in the league. I do not think he will be a game breaker. I rate him 6.9 a solid starter in the NFL. 2nd round.
